Cancellation Policy

Grocery store choices of Sam's Club (Joplin, MO), Wal-Mart (Grove, OK or Vinita, OK), Harps (Grove, OK), or Reasor's (Langley, OK). You order your items and we work together in scheduling a time for us to pick up and deliver the order to your home. As a complimentary service, we can keep an inventory of items such as toilet paper, paper products, water bottles, pop and adult beverages to avoid running out of your essentials! ALL ORDERS ARE A MINIMUM OF $200 + A 25% HANDLING FEE My Grand Lake Concierge requires a 72 hour notice of your booking, if less than 72 hours an additional $75 fee will be added.
